What You'll Do
- Drive net-new business development efforts across enterprise Life Sciences and MedTech accounts
- Identify, research, and engage executive decision-makers within target organizations
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting and territory planning
- Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on solving complex data, technology, and interoperability challenges
- Lead sophisticated sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long-term buying processes
- Deliver compelling presentations and business cases to executive audiences
- Negotiate and close enterprise software agreements ranging from approximately $50K to $500K
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking through CRM tools
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer priorities within healthcare, life sciences, and medical technology sectors
- 8–15 years of successful full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and consistently achieving quota
- Experience selling into large enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and lengthy sales cycles
- Demonstrated success within healthcare technology, life sciences, MedTech, healthcare data, interoperability, or related sectors
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility at the C-suite level
- Self-motivated hunter mentality with exceptional prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Experience managing opportunities from initial outreach through contract execution
