Compensation: $160,000–$170,000 Base Salary | $320,000–$340,000 OTE (Uncapped)

About The Opportunity

A rapidly growing healthcare technology company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth within large enterprise Life Sciences and MedTech organizations. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role responsible for acquiring new customers, developing executive-level relationships, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close.

The organization has built a market-leading healthcare data interoperability platform that enables secure, real-time data exchange across providers, payers, life sciences organizations, and healthcare technology vendors. With an established customer base and strong market momentum, this is an opportunity to join a proven platform at a critical stage of growth.

What You'll Do

  • Drive net-new business development efforts across enterprise Life Sciences and MedTech accounts
  • Identify, research, and engage executive decision-makers within target organizations
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting and territory planning
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on solving complex data, technology, and interoperability challenges
  • Lead sophisticated sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long-term buying processes
  • Deliver compelling presentations and business cases to executive audiences
  • Negotiate and close enterprise software agreements ranging from approximately $50K to $500K
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking through CRM tools
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer priorities within healthcare, life sciences, and medical technology sectors

What We're Looking For

  • 8–15 years of successful full-cycle SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and consistently achieving quota
  • Experience selling into large enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and lengthy sales cycles
  • Demonstrated success within healthcare technology, life sciences, MedTech, healthcare data, interoperability, or related sectors
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility at the C-suite level
  • Self-motivated hunter mentality with exceptional prospecting and pipeline generation skills
  • Experience managing opportunities from initial outreach through contract execution
