The Mission: From Molecular to Digital Biopsy
For years, the gold standard in oncology has been identifying cancer at the molecular level. Today, the frontier has moved to the very first point of contact: the diagnostic image.
The company is collaborating with global leaders in MedTech, Pharma and Diagnostics to dramatically improve cancer survival rates. They are scaling the US commercial team to meet the demand created by the landmark 2026 reimbursement shift, which has turned AI diagnostics into a primary revenue driver for hospital systems and a reduction in provider burnout.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for elite sales professionals who have already built deep roots in the oncology and pulmonology IDN communities. If you have spent your career selling liquid biopsies, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine tools, you already own the relationships we need.
Your primary call points will not just be Radiologists, but Interventional Pulmonologists, Thoracic Surgeons, Oncologists, CIO’s, other IT Leaders, CFO’s and others on the VAC.
Key Responsibilities
-Territory Ownership: Execute a high-velocity, consultative sales strategy across major IDNs and academic medical centers.
-Navigate the "Revenue Wedge": Leverage the new Category I CPT codes (effective Jan 1, 2026) to prove immediate ROI to CFOs and VPs of Finance.
-Care Cascade Integration: Move beyond transactional sales to embed the AI suite into the clinical workflow of multidisciplinary screening programs.
-Strategic Prospecting: Manage complex, longer sales cycle patience involving multiple stakeholders (C-suite, IT, and Clinical Depts, Finance, etc).
What You Bring (Qualifications)
Diagnostic Pedigree: At least 3–5 years of field-based healthcare sales experience, with a heavy preference for candidates from molecular diagnostics or capital equipment sales
Technical Fluency: Ability to sell "intangible" data, accuracy, and time savings products—moving clinicians from skepticism to trust in algorithmic outputs and navigate the process change of workflow, reimbursements, and billing codes
