Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with experience in senior living? We're partnering with a growing senior living organization to find a Sales Director who can drive occupancy, build community partnerships, and help families navigate important care decisions.

What You'll Do
- Drive occupancy growth through consultative sales and relationship building
- Manage inbound inquiries and generate new referral sources
- Guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs while ensuring an exceptional experience
- Build and maintain a positive presence within the local community
- Collaborate with operations and care teams to achieve community goals
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of senior living sales experience
- Proven success increasing occupancy and conversion rates
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of senior living regulations and resident confidentiality requirements
- Motivated by performance-based earnings and measurable results
- Team-first mentality with a collaborative, approachable leadership style
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting around $80K (flexible based on experience)
- Generous bonus program with six-figure earning potential (top performers across the organization are earning $200K )
