You’ll manage a book of business that includes groups ranging from 40–200 employees (roughly a $1M block) across the U.S. — though most of your clients will be based in MA, NH, and ME.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients
- Consult with employers on plan design, renewals, and benefits strategy
- Negotiate renewals and rates with carriers and vendors
- Deliver exceptional service that keeps clients coming back year after year
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and renewals
- Stay on top of industry trends and compliance updates
- Help shape the growth and success of a rapidly expanding benefits team
- 3 years of agency experience in employee benefits – must-have
- Strong understanding of fully insured and self-funded financial arrangements
- Confident communicator, comfortable advising C-suite clients
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented (you make chaos look easy)
- Passionate about helping clients make informed benefits decisions
Salary : $130,000
