What You'll Do
- Manage the sales team. Oversee the BDRs and the Regional Sales Managers
- Create and execute a territory plan that supports bookings objectives within new and existing customer accounts
- With supported from Solution Engineers, you will lead discovery calls and software demonstrations of B2W products
- Attend industry trade shows and be deployable to travel as necessary in support of new and existing account development
- 5 - 7 years of successful sales in complex enterprise software
- Experience in construction industry is a HUGE plus
- Strong interpersonal communication and engagement skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to work in a collaborative environment
