The Role

This position combines elements of inside and outside sales. You'll be responsible for developing a territory, building relationships within the local business community, and identifying organizations that can benefit from a consultative approach to workforce and HR solutions.

You'll prospect, network, and generate opportunities through a combination of cold outreach, referrals, partnerships, and community involvement. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities from scratch, and becoming a trusted advisor to business owners and executives.

  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client needs
  • Present tailored business solutions that drive operational efficiency and growth
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Establish a strong presence within the local business community
  • Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven success in a client-facing sales role
  • Experience prospecting and generating new business opportunities
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and business development activities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work from the office 3–5 days per week

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $80-$85k base
  • Uncapped commission structure: $130k-$150k yr 1, with $200k yr 2 and beyond
