What You'll Sell

- Payroll processing and tax compliance
- HR management and employee records
- Time and attendance tracking
- Recruiting and onboarding
- Benefits administration
This is a true hunter role focused on generating new business while growing relationships after the initial sale. The position combines inside sales with face-to-face meetings, giving you the opportunity to build relationships both over the phone and in person.
What To Expect
- Prospect and win net-new business
- Manage a consultative sales process from outreach through close
- Expand existing customer relationships after initial wins
- Travel approximately 10% for client meetings, networking events, and conferences
- Sales cycle: 30-90 days
- Typical deal size: $5,000-$15,000 in annual recurring revenue
- Quarterly quota: $125K-$200K (based on tenure)
- No quota during your first 60 days to allow for onboarding and ramp-up
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience in any industry
- Comfortable making outbound cold calls and prospecting daily
- Driven, resilient, and motivated by performance-based compensation
- Confident presenting to business owners and decision-makers in person
- Strong work ethic with a "hunter" mentality
- Must be able to work from the office five days per week
Compensation
