The Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing sales team. This is a high-activity, outbound-focused role where you will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, generating interest, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
You will be provided with targeted prospect lists and expected to proactively reach out, build relationships, and initiate meaningful conversations. Success in this role is measured by meetings booked and the progression of opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels
- Engage decision-makers and generate interest in the company’s solutions
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity tracking within CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and marketing teams
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and performance metrics

Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000–$55,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$75,000 (uncapped)
