Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service while building positive relationships with guests.
- Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies and restocking inventory.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years experience
- TIPS certification preferred
- Prior knowledge of POSI
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
