Sail Loft is seeking a skilled and dependable Sauté Cook to join our team!
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and cook sautéed menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Set up, stock, and maintain the sauté station before, during, and after each shift.
- Cook proteins, vegetables, pasta, sauces, and other menu items using proper sauté techniques.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the correct temperature, quality, and portion standards.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of kitchen experience
- Servsafe certification preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to accurately follow recipes
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
The Sail Loft is a neighborhood family restaurant with items on our menu for everyone. In the past two years of being under Servedwell Hospitality’s ownership, the restaurant has doubled sales since opening the doors, we have over 130 seats and plans underway to expand due to the tremendous success. Although we are right on the water, we are a year-round establishment that provides promotional events in all seasons. We are known for our high-quality creative dishes, paired with excellent service, in a one-of-a-kind location.
