We are seeking a dependable and motivated Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing grilled menu items in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety. This role requires excellent time management, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grilled menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock grill station before each shift.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion.
- Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties as assigned.
- Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other commercial kitchen equipment safely.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of previous experience as a grill cook, line cook, or similar kitchen position preferred.
- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Servsafe certification preferred
