Compensation includes hourly wage and tips.
Responsibilities
- Set up and breakdown of bar
- Anticipate guest and shift needs
- Interact with customers, take orders, serve food and drinks
- Chat with guests to help make recommendations
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender in a high volume, full service setting
- Excellent knowledge of craft beers and spirits
- Team Player
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to move and change kegs
- Cash Handling
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
