Pay Rate: Range $2600 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable
travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Shifts available: Days
Schedule: 40 hours per week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, EOW, Holidays if needed
- Current Physical Therapist experience: 2 years - Required
- ExPro experience - Highly preferred
- Epic experience
- Highly preferred
- Prior travel
experience: Highly preferred
- Must have own transportation - Required

Education, License
and Certification Requirements:
- BS Degree in Physical Therapy or similar - Required
- PT License for State of New
Hampshire or Compact - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA - Required
Job Description:
- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate and provide Physical Therapy services to patients.
- Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development in the treatment
of patients
- Coordinate and communicate activities with health care team and the
patient.
- Provide appropriate patient related documentation, including quality
assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a multi-disciplinary team member.
