Pay Rate: $2600 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable
travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: PACU
Shifts available: Days
Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 4 X 10-hr shifts, Mon-Thu, Occassionally Friday if on call, One weekend per month, On-call is 1 day per week
Position Requirements:
- Current PACU Nursing
experience: 2 years - Required
- Endoscopy experience - Required
- Outpatient experience - Require
- Travel/contract experience - Preferred
- Small critical access facility experience
– Highly preferred
Education, License
and Certification Requirements:
- ASN – Required
- BSN – Highly preferred
- RN License for State of Vermont or
Compact - Required
- BLS, ACLS Certifications from AHA - Required
Job Description:
- Provide
Nursing Care in PACU units
- Incorporate
the appropriate assessment and intervention skills, utilizing the nursing
process, in the delivery of nursing care on their unit for a specified group of
patients on a designated shift.
- Communicate
with patients, team members and management in an accurate and timely manner
using written and verbal skills effectively and considerately.
