We're hiring a full-time W-2 Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide K12 school-based services for the 20262027 school year. Whether you're an experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant or new to the field, youll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work-and is here to help you thrive.
Position Details
- Hours per Week: 37.5 hours/week
- Schedule: MondayFriday, school hours
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Dates: August 2026 - May 2027
- Location: Onsite in Caldwell
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals
- Support data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Collaborate with supervising SLP, teachers, and school staff
- Maintain accurate service logs and assist with reporting
- Participate in team meetings as appropriate
Qualifications
- Must have Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid professional educator license for the State of Idaho
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
