We're hiring a part-time W-2 BCBA to support K12 students in the school setting for the 20262027 school year. Whether youve worked in schools, pediatric care, or another hands-on support role, wed love to connect with you. Position Details
- Caseload: Elementary, Middle School, & High School
- Schedule: TBD
- Hours: Up to 10-15hours/week
- Dates: ASAP - May 2027
- Location: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision for RBTs in the school setting
- Provide ongoing behavior analytic services and progress monitoring
- Train and coach staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support student success
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, collaboration, and staff training
- Ability to support diverse learners and promote positive, evidence-based practices
