We're hiring a full-time W-2 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to provide K12 school-based services for the 20262027 school year. Whether you're an experienced school BCBA or new to the field, youll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details
- Caseload: Multiple caseloads available (K12)
- Hours:~37.5 hours/week
- Dates: ASAP - May 2027
- Location: Onsite in Ohio
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide ongoing behavior analytic services and progress monitoring
- Train and coach staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support student success
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals
- Ensure compliance with Texas regulations, ethical guidelines, and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, collaboration, and staff training
- Ability to support diverse learners and promote positive, evidence-based practices
