Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for children, ensuring that services align with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, analyzing data, and adjusting treatment goals and strategies based on progress and clinical observations. The BCBA will provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members, and deliver parent education to promote consistency across environments. This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Antonio, TX, requiring regular face-to-face interaction with children, families, and staff.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and evaluate effective, individualized interventions.
- Skills in Parent Education and family collaboration to support carryover of treatment strategies in home and community settings.
- Knowledge of Psychology and child development principles to inform assessment, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary communication.
- Behavior Management skills, including the ability to develop proactive strategies, crisis prevention plans, and positive behavior supports.
- Current BCBA certification and compliance with all applicable licensing and ethical standards.
- Experience working with neurodivergent children or children with developmental, behavioral, or learning differences is strongly preferred.
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
