We're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and provide direct clinical services alongside supervision, programming, and caregiver training. We believe direct client interaction keeps our clinical skills sharp and strengthens treatment outcomes.
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients as clinically appropriate.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Analyze data and make timely treatment plan modifications.
- Conduct caregiver training to promote generalization and long-term success.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet payer requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to our positive, supportive culture.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Licensed (or license eligible) in Texas.
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- A passion for providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services.
- Willingness to provide direct services as part of a balanced clinical caseload.
