We're hiring a full-time W-2 Occupational Therapist to provide K12 school-based services for the 20262027 school year. Whether you're an experienced OT or new to the field, youll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work-and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details
- Caseload:K-12 supporting multiple school sites
- Schedule:Monday Friday, 8:00AM 3:30PM
- Hours:37.5 40 hours/week
- Dates:ASAP June 2027, with strong potential to renew for the right candidate
- Location:Onsite at multiple districts
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine OT needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student participation
- Document services and progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Oregon License in Occupational Therapy
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners in a school setting
