Title: Program Manager III

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager III to lead Post Ramp Qualification (PRQ) efforts for consumer electronics products and accessories. This role is responsible for driving the qualification of new components, modules, and manufacturing processes, ensuring a smooth transition from development into high-volume mass production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Post Ramp Qualification (PRQ) programs, ensuring successful qualification of components and processes
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Global Supply Management (GSM), Operations, and OEM/CM partners
- Define and manage qualification plans, timelines, and key milestones
- Drive build readiness and execution in collaboration with manufacturing partners
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success
- Provide clear executive-level communication on program status, risks, and progress
- Track and report KPI metrics and dashboards to measure program health
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in program management, operations, manufacturing, product development, or process engineering
- Strong experience in PRQ (Post Ramp Qualification) and/or NPI (New Product Introduction)
- Proven ability to work with OEMs/CMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers / Contract Manufacturers)
- Experience in hardware, consumer electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in risk management, program execution, and timeline management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Python
- Background in high-volume production environments
- Experience managing global supply chain and manufacturing partners
