💰 Pay: $20/hour

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Provide customer support to clients and financial advisors via phone
• Troubleshoot website-related issues (logins, password resets, navigation, account inquiries)
• Handle high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver a high-quality, client-focused service experience
• Route and direct inquiries as needed (operator-style support)
• Follow structured processes while maintaining a personable, engaging approach
📞 Call Volume & Environment:
• ~20–30 calls per day depending on season
• Average call time: ~10 minutes
• Performance focused on quality and client experience, not just speed
🎓 Training (Onsite):
• (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Classroom-style learning live call simulations AI-assisted training
• Hands-on experience with internal systems and tools
🕒 Schedule (Post-Training):
• Typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (may vary based on business needs)
• Shift preferences considered
• Occasional evenings/weekends during peak seasons (e.g., tax season)
