Job Title: Logistics Associate

Pay Range :-$17.00/hr. - $19.50/hr.

6 months contract duration

Onsite Role :-South Bend, IN 46628'

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to support operations within a large-scale cloud computing infrastructure environment. As a Logistics Associate, you will play a key role in inventory management, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth operations to support technical teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support build and repair activities
• Receive, store, and track parts and materials accurately
• Issue parts to technicians and engineers as needed
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Transport materials between different locations
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of workspaces
• Follow operational procedures and safety guidelines at all times

Basic Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs individually and assist with heavier team lifts
• Capable of performing physical tasks including pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and reaching
• Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and climbing stairs (if applicable)
• Ability to work in varying noise levels and temperature conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of inventory control processes
• Background in warehouse, distribution, or reverse logistics
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Positive work attitude with demonstrated reliability and accountability
• Ability to exceed performance expectations over extended periods
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Experience working with vendors is a plus

Physical & Work Environment:

• Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
• Work environment includes both office and warehouse settings
• Exposure to varying noise levels (moderate to loud)
• May involve working around moving mechanical parts
• Occasional exposure to hot or cold weather conditions
• Temperature typically ranges between 60°F and 90, with occasional extremes.
