About the Role
This is a 3‑month HR Coordinator contract role with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs. The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR systems support, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Manage onboarding, ensuring new hires have a smooth, timely, and professional experience
- Maintain employee records through accurate HRIS data entry, updates, and audits
- Assist with recurring and ad hoc HR reporting
- Support the administration and follow‑up of the employee engagement survey
- Partner with the Engagement Committee on employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects across the HR function
Qualifications
- 1.5–2 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or recruiting support
- Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated executive presence
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience with HRIS systems and basic reporting tools (Excel preferred)
- Ability to work with discretion and handle confidential information
- Retail HR experience will not be considered
