Employment Type: Contract
Location: Onsite - East Syracuse, NY 13057
Pay rate: $20-$21.50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, triage customer inquiries, and provide timely resolutions.
- Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions while maintaining professional communication.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, including device connectivity, mobile apps, and software updates.
- Assist with account setup, login issues, device registration, and warranty information.
- Provide accurate product information, comparisons, and referrals to dealers or distributors.
- Document customer interactions, process accounts, and follow company procedures and policies.
- Meet performance metrics and go the extra mile to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools.
- Technical aptitude or willingness to learn connected device troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
