Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information using company databases and tools
- Warm-transfer homeowners to reputable dealers for sales or service support
- Triage remote access and Wi-Fi product inquiries, including thermostats
- Address customer complaints, ensuring prompt, effective resolution and proper documentation
- Guide customers on warranty information, product comparisons, and dealer/distributor referrals
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and process accounts
- Uphold Carrier's communication procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 6 months experience handling inbound calls in a call center environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Typing speed of 35-45 WPM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
