Pay Details: $21.50 per hour

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls in a fast-paced environment
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions
- Troubleshoot remote access and connectivity issues, particularly with thermostats and connected devices
- Assist customers with mobile app navigation, including login support, account setup, and device registration
- Provide guidance on software updates, app changes, and product functionality
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, offering solutions and ensuring timely resolution
- Generate sales leads and support customer service team targets and call handling goals
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships through clear and engaging communication
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activity
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Act as a central point of contact, directing customers to the appropriate departments or dealer/distributor partners
- Provide warranty information, product comparisons, and dealer referrals as needed
- Go above and beyond to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems/tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow processes, policies, and guidelines consistently
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Experience supporting technical products, mobile apps, or connected devices
- Familiarity with HVAC systems or related industry experience
- Sales or lead generation experience
- Experience troubleshooting basic connectivity or software issues
