Reporting to the Director, Employee Experience, the Employee Experience Coordinator will support various programmatic and administrative functions within the Employee Experience Department of the Organizational Culture Division. This position supports the holistic experience of staff through programming, learning and development, organizational wellness, and employee connectedness. This position will collaborate with Foundation and University partners to ensure employee engagement, effectiveness, and satisfaction. The Employee Experience Coordinator will support the integration of new hires, coordinate programs, and facilitate learning opportunities.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for employee programs, events, and workshops that promote learning, connection, and well-being.
- Assist with training initiatives, including scheduling sessions, gathering feedback, and tracking attendance through the Foundation learning management system.
- Assist with coordinating programs, activities, and resources that promote employee engagement, wellness, and a positive work environment.
- Support the execution of the RPAL staff mentorship program to foster professional growth, connection, and integration for new employees.
- Conduct program evaluations that track participation, feedback, and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and improved employee engagement.
- Prepare reports and presentations that translate raw data into stories.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions
This position requires clarity of focus while juggling complex projects or deadlines with little physical effort. This position may occasionally require some early mornings and late evenings to accommodate meetings, events, and external constituents’ schedules.
Workplace Arrangements
This is classified as an office-centric hybrid position. Colleagues working under an office-centric hybrid arrangement have a primary workstation in a university or foundation location and are in the office between one and five days a week. The frequency with which they are present in the office depends on their role and function, and the interdependency of other functions.
Compensation and Benefits
The position is budgeted at a starting salary of $55,000/year. Final offers are based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and other job-related reasons for the role. In addition to salary, Rutgers University Foundation offers:
