Role Overview
OneHealth is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Implementation Coordinator to join our Old Bridge New Jersey office. This role supports the sales and onboarding teams by preparing client ready benefit comparisons generating professional proposals and coordinating early stage implementation activities for group health plans.
As the Implementation Coordinator you will work cross functionally to ensure accurate and timely delivery of onboarding materials while helping organize and streamline implementation steps. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys translating complex information into clear polished client facing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
As the Implementation Coordinator you will support quoting onboarding preparation and internal coordination to ensure a smooth transition from sale to active coverage. Your key responsibilities include:
Client Onboarding Coordination
- Reach out to new employer groups following verbal commitment to welcome them and outline next steps
- Collect required onboarding documentation including census files contribution details and implementation forms
- Review submissions for accuracy and completeness and follow up on missing or unclear information
Plan Setup and Internal Communication
- Coordinate with underwriting, billing, and operations teams to support accurate plan setup
- Track onboarding milestones and ensure each step is completed within expected timelines
- Maintain accurate records and implementation status updates in internal systems and CRM
Client Experience and Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employer questions during onboarding
- Provide timely clear and professional updates throughout the onboarding process
- Deliver a high touch onboarding experience that reflects OneHealth’s premium service standards
Process Optimization and Quality Control
- Identify potential onboarding delays or friction points and address them proactively
- Contribute to refining implementation workflows templates and communication materials
- Escalate complex issues or concerns to the appropriate internal teams when needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in client onboarding, implementation, coordination, or administrative support
- Experience in group health and employee benefits
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems including HubSpot
- Strong email organization and structured communication habits
- Software and platform adeptness with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Attention to brand consistency and quality in client facing materials
- Habit of checking work thoroughly before completion

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 to $72,000 annually
