This is an active, face-to-face role where you will manage community-focused promotional campaigns, working on-site at high-traffic venues, local events, and retail partnerships.

In this role, you will be out in the field, engaging directly with the public, building buzz for our clients, and driving brand registration through high-impact, face-to-face consumer interactions. This position is a direct pipeline into sports marketing management, campaign directing, and regional leadership.
The Daily Playbook:
- On-Site Campaign Execution: Set up, manage, and tear down promotional marketing events in major Dallas venues and retail hubs.
- Live Consumer Engagement: Connect with diverse audiences face-to-face, delivering enthusiastic presentations that turn everyday pedestrians into loyal brand customers.
- Team Leadership Support: As you master the fundamentals, you will begin tracking inventory, auditing compliance, and coaching newer team members on consumer psychology.
