What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Coordinator position at Roylo Partners?
As a Brand Coordinator, you are on the front lines of business growth. This is an active, fully face-to-face role where you will represent major client brands directly to consumers. You won't be chained to a desk or making boring cold calls. Instead, you'll be out in the field managing public-facing interactions, driving consumer engagement, and helping scale market presence.
Key Focus Areas:
- Face-to-Face Brand Advocacy: Run live, interactive presentations and product/service demonstrations to connect consumers with our clients' portfolios.
- Customer Acquisition & Success: Guide new customers through the onboarding pipeline, answering technical questions and providing an elite initial brand experience.
- Campaign Analysis: Track daily engagement metrics and give real-time feedback to the management team to help pivot and optimize local outreach strategies.
- Leadership Track: Participate in interactive daily workshops focused on public speaking, consumer psychology, business management, and team leadership.
Who You Are:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred. We love diverse backgrounds—Sports Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Public Relations, and Theater majors do exceptionally well here.
- Social Battery: High energy and socially magnetic. You thrive in interactive group settings and genuinely enjoy meeting new people face-to-face.
