About the Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you won’t be watching from the sidelines. You will be at the heart of our campaign execution, engaging directly with our audience. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Campaign Execution: Represent the brand in premium, face-to-face environments, including promotional events, trade shows, and community campaigns across Jersey.
- Customer Relationship Management: Interact directly with target audiences, answer product inquiries with a professional demeanor, and deliver exceptional brand experiences.
- Market Insight & Reporting: Gather real-time consumer feedback, track active campaign performance, and collaborate with team members to optimize localized marketing strategies.
- Brand Advocacy: Confidently pitch, present, and build positive consumer connections to expand the local market footprint.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Recent Graduates & Early Careers: A degree or background in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, but a passion for growth is essential.
