What the Role Looks Like:
As a Client Engagement Associate, your main focus is creating positive, memorable experiences for our clients' customers. This is a fully face-to-face role designed to help you build confidence in professional communication, problem-solving, and relationship management. If you are empathetic, a great listener, and eager to learn, our comprehensive training program will take care of the rest.
Your Daily Impact:
- Authentic Connections: Connect with community members and clients face-to-face, acting as the friendly, helpful guide for our brand.
- Customer Care: Walk clients through services, answer questions accurately, and simplify complex information so it’s easy to understand.
- Collaborative Planning: Gather daily with a close-knit team to share ideas, troubleshoot customer feedback, and support one another's professional goals.

Who You Are:
- Education: Open to all degrees and backgrounds! Many of our most successful team members have backgrounds in Communications, Psychology, Human Services, Hospitality, or Business.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to empathize with others. You should feel comfortable talking to people from all walks of life.
- Mindset: Adaptable, curious, and open to learning new industries. A true team player who celebrates others' successes.
- Local Residency: Currently living in or relocating to the Minneapolis-St. Paul area with reliable daily transportation to our office.
