The Client Engagement Pharmacist is a critical member of the Infusion Solutions team, supporting the Director of Infusion Solutions with operational data-driven insights, financial modelling, and client-ready materials. This role is highly analytical and operationally focused, requiring the ability to quickly process client-provided data, transform it into actionable insights and tangible direction. The ideal candidate will combine operational literacy, data expertise, and communication skills to support proforma development, operational benchmarking and workflows, and client deliverables. This role is essential for ensuring engagements move forward with accurate, meaningful deliverables that informs client strategy and decision-making.

Schedule: 1.0FTE Day shift 8:00AM-4:00PM CST
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement Support Partner with the Director of Infusion Solutions to create polished, professional deliverables and presentations. Assist in preparing and coordinating content for client meetings, workshops, and forums. Manage ad hoc requests and support “many other random tasks” that arise in the course of client work.
- Operational & General Support Serve as a flexible, reliable resource to support Director-led initiatives and client execution. Coordinate with internal SMEs (finance, compliance, operations) to validate analyses and assumptions. Collaborate across technical and functional roles, ensuring client deliverables are informed by accurate inputs and internal expertise. Take ownership of miscellaneous operational tasks that enable efficient client service delivery.
- Data & Analytics Rapidly ingest and analyze client-provided data, turning it into meaningful outputs. Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses to support client engagements, including building proformas, forecasts, and scenario models. Translate complex datasets into clear, concise visualizations, dashboards, and summaries for Director and client use. Benchmark client performance against industry standards and develop insights that highlight opportunities, risks, and efficiencies. Leverage healthcare data familiarity (EMR, claims, benchmarking, payer/utilization data) to interpret client datasets accurately and efficiently.
- Must be willing to travel to client sites as needed
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate of Pharmacy
- 2 years Progressive pharmacy experience as a pharmacist
- Experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy, infusion services, or specialty pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree
- Working knowledge of 3rd party pay plans, working knowledge of all state and federal regulations governing the practice of pharmacy in a community pharmacy setting, working knowledge of standard pharmacy financial and business principles

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
