Role Overview:


As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be the face and voice of our brand. This is a fully face-to-face, interactive role where you will connect directly with customers, solve problems in real-time, and drive customer satisfaction. You don't need a decade of experience—we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to equip you with essential skills in communication, relationship management, and business operations.


What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):


  • Direct Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with clients and customers face-to-face in a professional setting, providing an exceptional onboarding and service experience.
  • Account Management: Assist customers with inquiries, product inquiries, and account setups, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and enthusiasm.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating our core values, promotions, and service offerings to a diverse Houston audience.
  • Problem Solving: Identify customer pain points and provide quick, empathetic, and effective solutions to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily morning meetings and strategy sessions to share insights, track daily goals, and collaborate on customer outreach strategies.


What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):


  • Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred (open to all majors—Business, Communications, Hospitality, and Liberal Arts thrive here!).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. You should genuinely enjoy talking to people and building rapport quickly.
  • Attitude: A positive, resilient mindset with a strong student mentality (eager to learn and accept feedback).
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment and multitask effectively.
  • Local: Must be living in or relocating to the Greater Houston area and able to commute to our office daily.
