What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Roylo Partners?
Marketing Coordinator
Milwaukee, Wisconsin | Full-time | On-site
A good idea becomes a good campaign only when someone keeps the brief,
assets, deadlines, and people aligned. As a Marketing Coordinator in
Milwaukee, you will be involved in that process from preparation through
launch and review. This is an early-career role with room to take
ownership of defined pieces of work, supported by experienced
colleagues.
Make the plan usable
Once a campaign is approved, you will help the team turn the brief into
a sequence that everyone can follow.
• Build and maintain the content calendar, including deadlines, owners,
and approval points.
• Draft first-pass email or social copy and organize the approved
images and files.
• Check audience, links, dates, and brand details before anything goes
live.
• Coordinate input from colleagues outside marketing when a launch
depends on them.
After launch, you will gather basic response, attendance, or engagement
figures, report what the numbers actually show, and note missing
context. The aim is to give the team a useful starting point for the
next decision, not to claim that every result has one simple cause.
Grow into real ownership
We will show you how the team plans work, gives feedback on drafts, and
decides when something is ready. You will have opportunities to observe
senior colleagues explain a brief and review results, then manage a
defined portion of the calendar as your work becomes consistent. Good
coordination is a skill: you will practice it every day, not just hear
about it in training.
This opening can suit someone whose experience comes from a campus
organization, internship, community campaign, small business, or
personal project. You should write clearly, welcome edits, manage
multiple deadlines, and pay attention to how a message lands with real
people. Familiarity with common content and spreadsheet tools is useful;
a particular degree is not required.
The role is full-time and on site in Milwaukee. If you want to build a
marketing career through hands-on campaign work and careful execution,
apply with a resume and, if available, a piece of content or event work
you helped deliver.
