Service Coordinator
Location: Franklin, WI

Lee Mechanical is a full-service commercial and industrial contractor serving customers throughout Wisconsin. For 50 years, the company has provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and construction services with a focus on quality workmanship, responsive service, and long-term customer relationships.
Lee Mechanical is seeking an organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join its team in Franklin, WI.
The Service Coordinator plays an important role in supporting day-to-day service operations by serving as a connection between customers, field technicians, and internal teams. This position is responsible for coordinating service requests, scheduling field personnel, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping ensure customers receive timely and professional service.
Previous experience in a service-based mechanical or construction environment is preferred. Knowledge of the fire protection industry would be especially helpful but is not required.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers requesting service
- Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer questions and requests
- Schedule and coordinate service calls with customers and field personnel
- Communicate scheduling information, changes, and service updates
- Create, process, and maintain service work orders and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activity
- Coordinate with field technicians and internal departments to keep service work moving efficiently
- Process service-related forms, reports, applications, and other documentation
- Assist with inspection reports, maintenance agreements, and other recurring service documentation as needed
- Help resolve customer questions and service-related concerns
- Maintain organized and accurate customer and service records
- Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the service process
- Support the service team with additional administrative and coordination responsibilities as needed
- Previous service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Experience within a mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, construction, or other skilled-trades environment is a plus
- Fire protection knowledge or experience is helpful but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple service requests and priorities at the same time
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers and field personnel
- Proficiency with computers, office applications, and electronic recordkeeping
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces throughout the day. You should enjoy working with both customers and field personnel and be able to keep schedules, documentation, and communication organized.
Experience coordinating service for a mechanical contractor or similar skilled-trades company would translate well to this position. Candidates with fire protection knowledge are especially encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time, office-based, non-union position located in Franklin, Wisconsin. The role primarily involves customer communication, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with field and internal teams.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
