Get Involved in Marketing From Day One
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the team across campaigns, content, customer research, digital activity, and promotional projects from our Orlando office.
You’ll work alongside different teams, help turn marketing plans into practical activity, and keep projects organized from the initial idea through to completion. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys learning, contributing ideas, and being involved in different areas of marketing.
A Typical Week Could Involve
- Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns
- Help prepare promotional materials, presentations, and digital content
- Research customers, competitors, market activity, and current trends
- Support social media, email, website, and other digital marketing activity
- Maintain marketing calendars, project information, and campaign schedules
- Help coordinate promotional events, meetings, and marketing activities
- Gather information for reports, presentations, and campaign updates
- Track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding marketing tasks
- Work with internal teams to gather information and complete campaign requirements
- Keep marketing files, content, and project information organized
- Assist with customer engagement initiatives and promotional projects
- Review customer feedback and help identify useful marketing insights
- Support new marketing projects as required
Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, content, customer service, sales support, event coordination, administration, or another role involving communication and organization is useful.
We’re looking for someone who communicates well, pays attention to detail, is comfortable learning new systems, and can manage several tasks while working toward deadlines.
Experience with social media platforms, Canva, Microsoft Office, email marketing tools, CRM systems, or other marketing software is helpful.
Training will be provided on company systems, processes, and marketing activities.
