Build Digital Campaigns That Get Attention
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and improvement of our digital marketing activity from our Cleveland office.
You’ll work across digital campaigns, social media, content, email, website activity, audience research, and performance tracking. The role combines creativity with organization and analysis, giving you the opportunity to contribute to digital projects from planning through to performance review.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Support social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Coordinate website content updates and digital assets
- Research target audiences, competitors, keywords, and current digital trends
- Help develop written and visual content for digital campaigns
- Monitor campaign activity and organize performance information
- Review engagement, traffic, and conversion data to identify useful insights
- Assist with SEO and other activities designed to improve online visibility
- Maintain digital marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project timelines
- Work with internal teams to gather content and information for campaigns
- Coordinate with external partners or marketing providers when required
- Keep digital assets, campaign files, and marketing documentation organized
- Contribute ideas for improving digital campaigns and customer engagement
Qualifications
Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, communications, SEO, or a related field is preferred.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and customer engagement
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities
- Confidence using social media and digital marketing platforms
- Comfortable working with analytics, spreadsheets, and standard office software
- Interest in current digital trends and online consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with different teams
- A practical and organized approach to campaign execution
