Help Turn Project Plans Into Progress
We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from our Cleveland office.
You’ll work closely with project managers and internal teams to keep information organized, deadlines visible, and day-to-day project activity moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people and details and wants to build practical project management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
- Maintain project schedules, timelines, task lists, and key milestones
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on agreed actions
- Gather project information from internal teams and external contacts
- Track outstanding tasks and communicate upcoming deadlines
- Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Communicate changes and updates to relevant team members
- Assist with coordinating suppliers, partners, and service providers
- Monitor project requirements and flag missing information or potential delays
- Help organize project resources, materials, and administrative requirements
- Support issue resolution by coordinating information between teams
- Update project management systems and tracking tools
- Assist with project closeout, documentation, and follow-up activities
Qualifications
Previous experience in project coordination, administration, operations, business support, account coordination, marketing, or a related role is preferred.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Good attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confidence coordinating with different teams
- A practical approach to solving day-to-day issues
- Comfort using spreadsheets, calendars, project software, and standard office systems
