Requirements:
- You have proven experience ghostwriting founder-led LinkedIn content and have examples to show for it
- You understand what drives LinkedIn engagement — algorithm, hooks, formatting, and all
- You can quickly replicate a founder's voice by studying their existing content
- You have a nose for what's interesting in raw material: call transcripts, Slack threads, live conversations
- You know how to run a content interview and ask the right follow-up questions
- You write clean, punchy copy with zero fluff
- B2B SaaS or fintech experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Write 3–5 LinkedIn posts per week in the founder's voice
- Run regular content interviews to surface stories, insights, and angles
- Mine raw material including customer call transcripts, Slack threads, and industry news
- Study existing posts and analytics to identify what resonates and what doesn't
- Pitch content ideas and think strategically about overall content direction
- Write strong hooks and iterate quickly based on feedback
