Producer for Family YouTube Entertainment Creator (32.4M Subs)

Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. The Royalty Family, a top family entertainment creator with 32.4M subscribers, is on the hunt for their Producer to manage high-energy content production from start to finish! We're helping them fill this position.

Requirements:

• You're based in West Hills, CA and available for in-person work full-time
• You have strong experience with audience retention strategies and content optimization
• You're highly organized with exceptional project management and communication skills
• You have experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously
• You're proficient with production tools including Notion, Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
• You can anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and handle last-minute changes with ease
• You understand YouTube content verticals including lifestyle, entertainment, kids & family, and IRL content
• You're comfortable working with energetic, fast-paced, and dramatic content styles
• Familiarity with The Royalty Family's content and the family entertainment space is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of production from pre-production planning through final delivery
• Handle logistics including vendor sourcing, casting, location scouting, and scheduling
• Track and manage production budgets to ensure projects stay on target
• Coordinate with creative team, talent, and vendors to ensure smooth shoot days
• Oversee appointment setting, business development, and content distribution strategies
• Manage content repurposing efforts to maximize video performance across platforms
• Keep all moving parts aligned while maintaining the creative vision
• Support the creative team so they can focus on making exceptional content
• Handle organized chaos and juggle timelines, talent coordination, and unexpected challenges

This role offers $6k - $7.5k per month and is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to grow with one of YouTube's biggest family channels.
