- You can adapt quickly, take creative direction, and deliver polished scripts under tight timelines
Responsibilities:
- Write scripts for challenge videos, pranks, reaction-style content, and character-based sketches
- Collaborate with producers and fellow scriptwriters to brainstorm concepts and develop new formats
- Capture and maintain Zhong's signature voice: upbeat, chaotic, funny, and family-friendly
- Optimize every script for maximum viewer retention and shareability
- Join the team on-site at the production house for select days to stay aligned with workflow, set dynamics, and team energy
- Continuously evolve with the channel's creative direction and emerging content formats
