Content Producer (shortform, comedy)

Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Collins Key, a leading entertainment creator with over 25M subscribers across platforms, is looking for a Producer to turn creative visions into reality and drive high-energy short-form content production. We're helping them fill this position.

Requirements:

• You're based in Los Angeles, CA and available to work in-person (relocation support available within the US)
• You have authorized US work authorization
• You're an unstoppable force with incredible people skills and the ability to build instant rapport
• You have a strong network in LA and know how to leverage it to get things done quickly and cost-effectively
• You're highly resourceful and thrive on solving production challenges in real-time
• You have experience with run & gun filming and fast-paced production environments
• You have strong skills in people management, operations, negotiation, and project management
• You're comfortable working with limited budgets and turning constraints into creative solutions
• You can work independently with complete autonomy and make decisions on the fly
• Familiarity with Collins Key's content and the short-form entertainment space is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Take the Director's creative vision and quickly produce it into reality, exceeding expectations
• Scout and secure locations on tight timelines
• Source talent, crew, and equipment efficiently and cost-effectively
• Manage production budgets and find creative ways to maximize resources
• Handle all production logistics and solve problems in real-time on set
• Build relationships and finesse situations that require exceptional social skills
• Serve as the engine of production, ensuring everything runs smoothly from concept to execution
• Work autonomously as a crucial part of a small, world-class team operating at the highest level

This role offers extreme autonomy, the opportunity to work with a championship-level team, and real growth potential. The position includes a 2-week paid trial, followed by 3 months of training, with an ASAP start date.
