- We're rapidly growing and looking for a LinkedIn content strategist: someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and wants to help scale a top-tier founder-led agency.
- This role blends writing, client strategy, and relationship management. You’ll work directly with Matt and own end-to-end delivery for multiple client accounts.
What you'll do
- Create 3-5 posts per week per client (we manage executive accounts, not brand pages)
- Provide top-tier customer service and serve as a content thought partner to clients
- Incorporate direct, transparent feedback and iterate quickly on voice, positioning, and frameworks based on client feedback
- Over time, build systems and playbooks to help Forj scale our content ops
You have:
- Proven writing ability, especially for executive or founder voices on LinkedIn
- High agency: You take ownership, anticipate needs, and move fast
- Client-first mindset: You care deeply about quality, responsiveness, and results
- Capacity to scale to 5 clients (you’ll start with one, ramp to full capacity within weeks)
