WEEK 1
M, T, W, THURS, FRI- 1PM-7PM
WEEK 2
M,T,W, F 1PM-7PM AND SATURDAY 8-5
Summary/Objective
Operates multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel by performing the following duties. Some computer skills, phone skills, Cashiering skills. Additional training
will be provided.
Essential Functions
- Retrieves messages and forwards to appropriate personnel.
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Takes and delivers messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Updates appointment calendars.
- Receives payments VIA cash, check, credit and reconciles cash drawer.
- Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.
- Takes payments for services and products.
- Addresses all customers with politness.
- Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Must be able to fill in other shifts if need be and work Holidays.
Certain specified holidays as well as evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand.
