Dickson City Hyundai is a high-volume, customer-focused dealership committed to delivering a professional and efficient buying experience. As part of a growing automotive group, we pride ourselves on strong leadership, consistent traffic, and a team-oriented environment.
We are currently seeking a motivated BDC Representative who is a strong communicator, a team player, and looking to grow within a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments
- Conduct outbound follow-up with prospective customers
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Meet daily and monthly activity and appointment goals
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Includes weekdays and Saturdays
- One weekday off
- Sundays off
