Hours are 3:30 pm - 7 p.m. Monday-Friday (Day off during the week when working the saturday)
Every other Saturday 8:30 am - 5:00 p.m

We are a fast-paced, customer-focused Kia dealership dedicated to providing an exceptional experience from the moment guests walk through our doors. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the dealership
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist customers with general inquiries and connect them with the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
- Handle light administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Schedule customer appointments
- Communicate effectively with sales, service, and management teams
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Works independently
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic computer skills (email, phone systems, CRM knowledge a plus)
- Previous receptionist or customer-service experience preferred but not required
- Reliability and strong work ethic
