What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Clerk position at Rosado Group?
We have an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk.

As we continue to expand, we're in search of a dedicated Accounting Clerk with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy to join our vibrant team.
Duties:
- Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests
- Match checks to invoices/payment requests before each check run cycle
- Research & resolve payable issues with vendors
- Process incoming vehicle factory invoices to accounting
- Prepare funding documents to mail out to financial institutions
- Bill out wholesales
- Process warranty cancellations
- Post Factory payables invoices
- Post new and used vehicle sales and verify the accuracy of all required paperwork
Requirements:
- Strong Attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Problem solving skills.
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
- Experience in a dealership accounting setting is preferred, but not required
- One year experience in payables preferred
Monday through Friday- 9am-5pm
