Roessel Joy has partnered with a growing manufacturing company on a new Senior Accountant role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in the manufacturing industry, work hands-on within the GL, and support the month-end-close.
Responsibilities:
- Own inventory accounting processes.
- Develop, manage and maintain cost estimates for specific projects.
- Support the month-end-close with the Controller.
- Review daily accounting activities in the general ledger.
- Prepare monthly financial statement reporting package.
- Support audit activities.
- Assist in system implementations and upgrades.
- Ad hoc reporting/analysis as requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- 4 years of accounting experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
