We are partnering with a company in Norwood, MA who is looking to add a Head of Finance to their team. This role will lead the global finance function, partner with executive leadership and investors, and drive financial strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while ensuring strong financial performance and operational controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization
- Present financial results and key metrics to investors and executive leadership
- Oversee the month-end close process and ensure timely financial reporting
- Manage and analyze financial performance across global operations
- Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
- Monitor and improve cash conversion and working capital performance
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and enhance financial reporting and dashboards using Power BI
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning and business growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment required
- Strong financial planning, analysis, and forecasting experience
- Experience presenting financials to investors and executive stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and performance metrics
- Positive attitude with strong leadership and business partnering skills
Compensation: $180K-$220K base salary plus strong bonus potential depending on experience
